Returns & Refunds Policy

At Leos Trail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return any products you are not satisfied with. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • The product must be in a resellable condition (no signs of wear, damage, or modification).

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to inform us of your return.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. We will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary details for shipping the item back.

  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund, if eligible.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet the conditions outlined above. If eligible, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.

Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If a refund is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a store credit or replacement product.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered

  • Products not in their original packaging or condition

  • Sale or clearance items

Late Returns

If you return a product outside of the 14-day return window, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Exchange Policy

Damaged or Defective Items
